1. General Catalogue Notice

This website is an informational product catalogue and purchase-intent gateway operated by APM Export Import. Product availability, listed prices, batch numbers, and delivery charges are confirmed directly by APM staff upon receiving your WhatsApp inquiry.

2. Purchase Intent & Fulfillment

Placing items in your client-side cart or clicking “Buy Now” does not construct a finalized sales contract or charge any financial account. An order is confirmed only after:

• Stock availability is verified at our Sahibabad packaging unit.
• Shipping charges and taxes are finalized.
• Payment is acknowledged by APM Organics staff via official communication channels.

3. Product Information & Packaging

All products comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations under License No. 22726689000093. Natural agricultural commodities may exhibit slight variations in hue, texture, or grain size due to seasonal harvesting factors.

4. Intellectual Property

The trade name “APM Organics”, logos, packaging artwork, and editorial text are property of APM Export Import. Unauthorized replication or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad / Uttar Pradesh.
